Email statistics

Support > Statistics > Useful information

Under «Mail» → «Email statistics» you can view statistics for the emails in your hosting account.

You can restrict the display to the current month and apply the following filter categories:

  • Message history: Here you see a diagram showing the number emails that have been sent and received. You see the total number of emails that are server-internal («local»), how many were sent and received as well as the total size and average size per email.
  • Message status: Here you will see a diagram of the statuses of the messages sent. You can see how many emails were sent successfully and which were deferred.
  • Spam: Here you see a diagram showing the emails that have been identified as spam. You see the total number of emails identified as spam that are server-internal («local»), how many were sent and received as well as the total size and average size per email.
  • Viruses: Here you see a diagram showing the emails that have been identified as containing viruses. You see the total number of server-internal («local») emails identified as containing viruses, how many were sent and received as well as the total size and average size per email.
  • Top sender: Here you see a diagram showing which email addresses, domains or sender relays (sending servers) sent emails to email addresses belonging to your hosting account and how frequently.
  • Top recipient: Here you see a diagram showing which email addresses, domains or recipient relays (sending servers) sent from email addresses belonging to your hosting account and how frequently.
  • Top spam: Here you see a diagram showing how frequently each spam filter rule was applied and the source domain, recipient, and which sender or sender relay (sender server) sent the emails identified as spam to email addresses belonging to your hosting account.
  • Top viruses: Here you see a diagram showing how frequently a certain virus was identified and the source domain, recipient, and which sender or sender relay (sender server) sent the emails identified as containing viruses to email addresses belonging to your hosting account.
