Easy Thumbnails
Easy Thumbnails makes it quick and easy to create preview pictures and smaller copies of images and photos in a specific directory.
GIMP
GIMP includes a wide range of image editing features. Like in Photoshop, all changes made to the image can be undone. The program also offers the ability to work with masks, layers, channels and paths.
Irfan View
IrfanView is a compact, genuinely all-round tool. The tool not only displays all common image formats, but can perform several operations. IrfanView makes it simple to change the size and colour depth, convert to a negative image and adjust the brightness, contrast and sharpness. But that is not all: IrfanView has no trouble playing film files such as MPEG, AVI or QuickTime, and can handle WAVE, MIDI, RMI and AIF music files as well.
