to lead our local operations, grow the business and represent Miss Group in-market.
THE ROLE
As Brand Manager you will be the local expert and primary point of ownership for employment, offices, compliance, budget and risk. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a local growth & operating plan aligned with Miss Group’s global strategy.
- Own monthly billing, retention, churn, upsell and product cross -sell targets.
- Manage local HR, upsell team, partner/reseller sales and admin functions.
- Define competitive positioning and differentiation via technology, pricing and customer service.
- Build and manage channel partnerships and alliances with agencies and platforms.

- Oversee operational areas including local sales execution, marketing activation, partner/channel development, forecast submission, office management, local compliance/GDPR and local budgeting.
- Report to the COO; present performance dashboards and strategic plans.
Team & culture

- Experience building channel partnerships and managing reseller/agency relationships.
- People leadership experience: hiring, performance management and building high -performing teams.
- Solid understanding of local compliance, employment law and office operations.
- Excellent communication skills; comfortable presenting to C-suite and aligning cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial and operational execution capabilities.
WHAT WE OFFER
