Our technical support is available to you from Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 midday and 1.30 p.m. to 5 p.m. You can of course send us your questions by email. Emailed support questions are also viewed at the weekend and answered promptly according to the degree of urgency.
When will I receive the invoice for the coming settlement period?
- Hoststar invoices are always sent by email around 60 days before expiration of the contract.
- Our customers thus have enough time to pay the hosting fees for the new year of contract within the given period. During this settlement phase, we
can at the same time make sure that the domain names and the reserved storage space on the servers is available for you punctually for the start
of the new contractual year.
- To ensure a rapid and uncomplicated payment procedure, Hoststar invoices are sent to the email addresses specified as customer contact addresses
by our customers during the online order placement or later in the my.hoststar area.
- Hoststar is a contemporary and innovative company, and the entire ordering and invoicing logistics are based on fully automated email technology.
For this reason we do not send any invoices by post! This system also ensures that the services for which our customers have paid are comprehensively
available for use during the whole of the period of 365 days paid for.
