Hosting

  • If you decide to change to a hosting package with Hoststar, advance payment is required for the annual fee for the respective hosting package.
    This annual fee breaks down as follows, for example:

    StarEntry
    CHF 5.90 per month (including VAT) - annual fee / CHF 70.80 (including VAT)
    In this case, you will receive an invoice from Hoststar in the amount of CHF 70.80.

Reseller

  • If you decide to change to one of Hoststar's Reseller packages, the annual fee for the respective Reseller package is to be paid in advance.
    This annual fee breaks down as follows, for example:

    ResellerBiz
    CHF 59.90 per month (including VAT) - annual fee / CHF 718.80 (including VAT)
    In this case, you will receive an invoice from Hoststar in the amount of CHF 718.80.

Servers

  • If you decide to change to one of Hoststar's vServer packages, the advance payment is required for the annual fee for the respective vServer package.
    This annual fee breaks down as follows, for example:

    VirtualPlus
    CHF 32.90 per month (including VAT) - annual fee / CHF 394.80 (including VAT)
    In this case, you will receive an invoice from Hoststar in the amount of CHF 394.80.

Domain

  • If we handle the registration of your domain name with our domain name registration partner, the costs for this (see website) are to be paid together with the annual subscription fee.

Note

Please note that our yearly invoices are sent to the email address you specified as the customer contact when you placed your order online.
