Under Hosting – Software in the My Panel Hoststar offers web applications for installation at the click of a mouse.
These are neither developed nor maintained by Hoststar, but are merely offered for installation. For this reason, we cannot offer you any support regarding the handling of an application.
Regularly maintained and further developed applications or extensions (plug-ins, add-ons, etc.) usually offer help pages on the internet or there are support communities where you can ask software-specific questions.
An exception is, of course, malfunctions of an application due to the server configuration. If you encounter such an error, please do not hesitate to contact our support.
