Our technical support is available to you from Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 midday and 1.30 p.m. to 5 p.m. You can of course send us your questions by email. Emailed support questions are also viewed at the weekend and answered promptly according to the degree of urgency.
Is there any interruption when changing to Hoststar as a provider?
- As soon as you have received your personal server-login details from us, you can open the required existing email accounts and mailboxes via the Hosting Control Panel. You can also upload your personal data to our servers via FTP before the actual DNS switch.
- If you follow this procedure, there will be no interruption to the accessibility of your homepage or of email accounts when changing a domain to Hoststar. All such data is actively accessible on our servers immediately after the DNS switch.
