Can I subsequently upgrade my hosting subscription?
- Upgrading your existing hosting package to the next largest subscription is basically possible at any time you want.
- To apply for a subscription upgrade, please proceed as follows:
You can now apply for a subscription upgrade under the menu item "Application for additional services".
1. Access https://my.hoststar.ch in your Internet browser.
2. The login details consist of the primary domain name, as well as the e-mail which you have defined as your contact address with Hoststar. If you have been a client of
Hoststar for a long time, it is possible that you may have received a new password for the My Hoststar area during the duration of your contract. In this case, the new
password must be used here. (Also see: https://my.hoststar.ch - "Forgot Password?")
You will find supplementary information about the procedure to follow in the confirmation email that we will send you after application for this additional
service has been made.
Please note that the subscription upgrade charges are the equivalent of the difference in yearly charges from subscription to subscription. These charges will be invoiced independently of the normal yearly hosting fees. Upgrades to a more substantial offer will therefore occur immediately AFTER settlement of payment for the new subscription.
