I receive the error message "Relaying denied"
- Incoming mail functions as usual, but there are problems in sending mail.
- According to which mail program you use, you receive error messages such as "Relaying denied", "Proper authentication required", "Access refused" usw.
- SMTP authentication in your mail program is not activated or it is incorrectly set.
- Check your email settings and if necessary activate the SMTP authentication, or set it correctly. Our Guides to the various mail programs contain more precise information about how you can configure mail program settings and where the SMTP authentication is set.
