Our technical support is available to you from Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 midday and 1.30 p.m. to 5 p.m. You can of course send us your questions by email. Emailed support questions are also viewed at the weekend and answered promptly according to the degree of urgency.


The data I just updated is not displayed in the browser

If you cannot see your updated and just uploaded content or pages in the browser, this could be for the following reasons:

- The previous (old) files are still available in your browser cache or in a proxy. Please update this by reloading (function key F5 in most browsers)
  and/or empty your browser cache (via "Tools" --> "Internet Options" --> "Clear Recent History" or "Clear History" --> ... depending on browser).

- The index file was accidentally deleted or named differently.

- The size of the uploaded data has exceeded the server limit. Only files of 0 kilobyte size are displayed.
